Tyeishia Bailey

Tyeishia Bailey is a dedicated Paralegal at The Cardinal Law Firm, where she supports the firm in delivering effective and client focused representation in HOA, construction, and various other civil matters. Originally from Cincinnati, she is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she built a strong academic foundation in preparation for a career in law.



Tyeishia previously served as an Investigation Analyst with the North Carolina Board of Bar Examiners, where she reviewed applicant backgrounds, analyzed sensitive information, and ensured compliance with professional standards. This experience sharpened her attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage complex case materials. These are all skills she now applies in supporting litigation and client matters at the firm.

Tyeishia brings a broad perspective and an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. She is a proud member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., where she remains engaged in professional development and community service.

Outside of her legal work, Tyeishia is a published poet and is currently developing her first short story. Her creativity and action oriented mindset further enhance her ability to contribute to the firm’s mission of providing quality legal services to everyday homeowners across the Atlanta community.
